About the Role: The Hospital Leadership Support Officer is responsible for a range of duties to support the
Executive Team and Administration Officer. Duties may include, but will not be limited to:
- Provide high-level support to the Executive Officer and other members of the Leadership team,
- Diary management, including booking appointments and correspondence;
- Coordination of resources and events as required;
- Expert document formatting and typing using Microsoft Office products;
- Liaising with and providing stakeholders with information;
- Assist with research and reporting; and
- Undertake administrative functions locally that support corporate/shared services; e.g. Human
Furthermore, you will have:
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills;
- High attention to detail;
- Strong computer, organisational, analytical, and problem solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency.

- This is a permanent part-time position.
