Job Description
You’ll be delivering exceptional clinical care through role modelling evidence based best practice, comprehensive contemporary assessment and care planning practices to ensure the resident’s quality of life and independence is optimised. In addition, you will provide operational team leadership to nurses and care workers to enable efficient operation of the unit and ensure compliance with standards, policies and procedures. This is an ideal position for a motivated individual who is passionate about providing direct clinical support, but also about empowering others through learning, support, and leadership.

Desired Skills and Experience
To successfully join the team you will have:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- National Police Certificate or willingness to obtain one before commencing employment
- Flu vaccination - following SA Health guidelines, this is mandatory for all people working in Aged Care
