An experienced Property Marketing Manager is required to join their team due to growth within their property division. You will play a key part in the marketing of their aged care and seniors living villages. Key responsibilities will include:

• Develop & Implement Marketing Plans for New Developments
• Development of the Marketing Budget & Manages budget
• Development of Marketing Plans & Communication Content Calendar
• Ensure Accuracy & Currency of Content on all Digital Channels

To be considered for this position it is essential that you have previous property marketing experience ideally working for a developer or a corporate property agency. Other key requirements include:

• Experience in Digital Marketing
• Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing Preferred
• Well Organised & Self-motivated with High Work Ethic
• The Ability to Work Autonomously or as Part of a Team
