The role
An experienced Property Marketing Manager is required to join their team due to growth within their property division. You will play a key part in the marketing of their aged care and seniors living villages. Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop & Implement Marketing Plans for New Developments
- Development of the Marketing Budget & Manages budget
- Development of Marketing Plans & Communication Content Calendar
- Ensure Accuracy & Currency of Content on all Digital Channels
Skills & experience
To be considered for this position it is essential that you have previous property marketing experience ideally working for a developer or a corporate property agency. Other key requirements include:
- Experience in Digital Marketing
- Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing Preferred
- Well Organised & Self-motivated with High Work Ethic
- The Ability to Work Autonomously or as Part of a Team
