We are looking for a kick-ass digital marketing manager to join our growing team.

Across the CarePage Group of businesses, we deliver technology and content solutions within the health and ageing sectors, bringing the people who matter together to create rewarding work and life experiences. 

Working across both CarePage Business, our customer and employee experience technology platform and HelloCare, our global digital magazine, this is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment. 

With your creative flair and results-driven mindset, you’ll take ownership of digital marketing to increase brand awareness, grow and retain our audiences, drive effective lead generation activities and manage customer communications throughout the lifecycle.

Reporting to our head of customer success and growth, your role will include:

  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaign activities (eDM, SEM, retargeting etc.) that achieve business goals
  • Manage website content updates and optimize for SEO
  • Build and maintain our social media presence 
  • Continuously improve the customer’s path to purchase journey
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and analyse data to identify areas for improvement to meet KPIs
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across marketing activities
  • Development and management of content for social media platforms 
  • Support with marketing automation along the customer journey 
  • Creative development and implementation of material such as presentations, sales support materials etc. 
  • Website management Managing website content (copywriting, uploading/editing content via CMS)


  • A minimum of three years experience in a digital marketing role 
  • Effective use of digital marketing and communications to build measurable engagement
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with social network advertising, specifically Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Experience using other paid marketing channels (eg. Google Adwords)
  • Understanding of lifecycle marketing, user journeys and automated triggered marketing (preferable)
  • Strong analytical experience with the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Attention to detail and impressive written, graphic and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with social media scheduling software such as Hootsuite
  • Competency in design programs such as Canva
  • Experience in WordPress CMS
  • Knowledge of the aged care sector / older markets or health (highly regarded)
