Be the wind beneath our wings

We are looking for creative, values-driven HR Business Partners to support some of the most committed Facility Leadership teams in Aged Care.

You are an expert in all the usual HR functions - employee relations, workplace culture, talent management, workforce planning, performance management, etc.

But you are SO much more…

Our Managers work tirelessly to make a difference to the lives of our residents. You can be their ‘Go To Person’ – a trusted Business Partner who supports them, challenges them, champions them, and makes them smile when they’re having a tough day. Someone who matches their commitment to creating the safe, inclusive homes that all our senior Australians deserve.

We’ll bring a flexible workplace, a fabulous team, ongoing education and development, robust communication, and most important – our heartfelt thanks for your contribution to the lives of our residents.

You bring YOU and all your amazing HR expertise.

Because at McKenzie, it all starts with People.

If this role is calling your name, and you feel you would be a good fit for our team, then we’d love to hear from you.

Important: All aged care employees and visitors must be vaccinated against seasonal influenza in order to enter an aged care facility. All successful applicants will be required to provide proof of vaccination prior to commencing with McKenzie Aged Care.
