Rostering Scheduler/ Resource 
Evolve Talent are seeking a highly organised and experienced Scheduler on a full time basis to coordinate our Health and medical staff within the community and Aged care setting, Across Australia Nationally. You will be based in Sydney CBD working along side our growing Health and Medical team.
We are looking for a passionate person that has experience with working under pressure. Must be Motivated to ensure high quality staffing.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Establish strong rapport with our Health and Medical Clients across Australia,
• Working under high volume of Temp roles and ensuring the correct Nursing staff are suited to each job role.
• Promptly manage and resolve issues associated with compliance of local, state and federal government legislation as it applies to Health and Medical Industry across Australia and quality assurance standards.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Understanding of client needs and requests.
• Must have a minimum of 6 Months experience in Health Care Scheduling and working under pressure.
• Desire to deliver high standard staffing within each role.
• Possess a strong work ethic, be a strong team player and have a commitment to both individual and team goal achievements.
• Strong level of interpersonal communication skills [written and verbal]; combined with excellent time management and coordinating skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Possess high level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
