About the Opportunity

Located in Marrickville, the multi-cultural hub of Sydney’s inner-west, Willandra Aged Care has built an enviable reputation for excellence in care, where multilingual staff are on hand to assist with the needs of non-English speaking residents.

We are currently seeking experienced AINs to join our care team on a casual basis. As an important and valued member of our family, you will be required to cover all forms of leave and open shifts across our morning shifts on weekdays! 

About You

The successful applicants must have:

• Experience in Aged Care - must have a minimum of 12 months experience
• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• Current Flu Vaccination Certificate
• Flexibility to work AM shifts on weekdays - especially Tue, Thu and Fri
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal
• Caring attitude and ability to build strong rapport with residents
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
• Professional presentation
• Sound computer skills
