ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE :

Due to continued growth we are seeking an Allocations Coordinators to join our Home Care Services team based at Wagga or Leeton - NSW for a Permanent Part Time role.

As the Allocations Coordinator you will be responsible for creating an effective scheduling and rostering service to align Care Worker rosters efficiently to meet customer requirements. This role will mainly cover allocations work for Narrandera & Coolamon areas.

A day in the life of the Allocations Coordinator will include:

  • Providing a range of administrative functions including but not limited to rostering employees for all delegated programs in consultation with Service Coordinators and Managers
  • Schedule Client services and Care worker rosters to ensure all visits have been scheduled and rostered from the planner
  • Forecasting workforce planning requirements, including roster changes, leave and absence planning and new employee on-boarding to ensure effective coverage of all shifts,client needs and service delivery targets.
  • Assisting with phone based inquiries via triage of service support where required.
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date client and employee records.
  • Use of rostering or scheduling systems.
ABOUT YOU:

As the Allocations Coordinator you will have strong scheduling, rostering, problem solving skills:
  • Experience with exposure to rostering / scheduling staff in a high volume and fast paced work environment.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in using online rostering technology/systems advantageous.
  • Strong customer focus experienced in complex client needs.
  • Experience in Aged Care or knowledge of Home Care Packages advantageous but not essential.
