About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator with outstanding customer service skills to support our aged care customers living independently in their own homes.

Your ability to show enthusiasm, positivity, and empathy as you work with our clients and their families is essential to our service. To achieve exceptional outcomes for our clients you will need to be a team player yet able to work autonomously, be resourceful, manage your time well, be a good listener as well as problem solve. Situations can change quickly and no two days are the same.

We are looking for a person that fit this profile to join our small home and community aged care team, working across Port Augusta and Whyalla. Applications are sought from suitably experienced and qualified people with an aged care, mental health, human services or clinical care back ground. This position is ongoing full time, but we would be willing to negotiate reduced hours for the right candidate.

All applicants require an SA drivers licence and National Police check (or willing to undergo).
