About the role

Midwives at Calvary work closely with our team of Obstetricians to deliver care to women throughout their pregnancy journey. At Calvary we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care from the antenatal period, through labour and birth and the postnatal stay.

We also provide antenatal education, a Shared Care Antenatal clinic, a Lactation clinic and a Level 2 Special Care Unit.

We have permanent full time, part time and casual opportunities available for L1 and L2 Registered Midwives to join our experienced team at Lenah Valley.

What you bring

  • Current Nursing AHPRA registration, with qualifications in Midwifery
  • Effective communication – interpersonal, verbal and written
  • A commitment to achieving high quality nursing care and clinical outcomes across the midwifery unit
  • Passionate about making a positive impact in Women's health, and also in supporting women and their families throughout the pre and post pregnancy journey
