ACFI Coordinator - Southeast TAS - NFP Organisation
We are seeking an experienced Nurse with ACFI skills to work with this lovely NFP provider across two of their homes just outside Hobart. You will be a hands on, team player who has demonstrated experience with ACFI. There is lot's of support on site with a experienced Facility Managers, Clinical team and a large number of RN's & EN's.
In this position you will
Coordinate the planning, implementation and evaluation of residents’ clinical care requirements related to ACFI
Provide assistance and education to staff in best practice ACFI documentation
Identify opportunities to improve revenue and coordinate voluntary ACFI submission
Assist with staff training & education
Compliance monitoring

Essential Criteria
Exceptional ACFI & clinical care track record
Aged Care experience a must
Thorough understanding of the accreditation process
Registration with AHPRA as an EN or RN
Considerable assessment & care planning experience
Proven ACFI validation track record
The ability to optimise & uplift ACFI claims
The ability to educate/mentor
Current Police Cert
