Your impact
The role is apart of our clinical leadership team, working in a large 165 bed home. You will provide clinical leadership to the home as well as:

  • Drive a continuous improvement culture
  • Act as clinical resource for staff, offering clinical education
  • Focus on Clinical Service Delivery, compliance and audit processes
  • Care planning in line with new standards
  • Ensure that all clinical documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with Estia’s policies and procedures.

About You

  • Must have a Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA Registration without restrictions
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and autonomously
  • Sound post-graduate nursing experience
  • Experience in an in-charge capacity
  • Experience in an Aged Care environment (preferred)
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible to changing priorities and environment
  • Commitment to quality and broad knowledge of all facets of contemporary aged care including ACFI funding and Accreditation
  • Knowledge and understanding with implementation and management of Workplace Health & Safety
