About the role

Working in our modern Sydney CBD offices and partnering with one of our top performers you will specialise in the sourcing of specialist doctors for locum roles across the whole of Australia. 

As an energetic, self-motivated and driven para consultant, you will be able to demonstrate an ability to quickly build strong relationships with your target candidate base. In a world where candidate referrals are key to your success, your personable approach to creating real connections will see you thrive in this role. You will quickly establish yourself as the 'go-to' person in your individual niche and you will hone your skills as a Para Consultant in order to set yourself up for future success as a Recruitment Consultant as your career progresses with us.

Working with one of the sector's most experienced and networked Consultants, you will be well-positioned to learn from the best and as a result will play an instrumental part in the growth and success of the locum doctor division. This is a chance to really make a difference in a role that also provides you with an excellent learning opportunity.

Duties

  • Identify, connect & build relationships with candidates
  • Develop a strong online & social media presence to attract talent 
  • Source candidates through channels such as headhunting and referrals
  • Provide advice to candidates on career-enhancing opportunities
  • Foster long-term relationships with passive candidates in order to be their 'go-to' when they become active
