Our client is a local Australian MSP who is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team. Our client works with leading tier 1 technology vendors to deliver innovative IT infrastructure solutions and managed outsourced services. The team consists out of professional and knowledgably skilled consultants, architects, engineers and support specialists.
Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be selling innovative IT infrastructure services to mid-sized businesses across Australia. Your focus will be on a variety of different industries in Australia, such as Aged Care, Finance, Health, Construction, Legal, etc. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Hunt new business opportunities and generating leads
- Client visits
- Understand your client needs and offer suitable solutions
- Forecast revenue
- Work closely with your peers (Consultants, Architects, Engineers and Support) to deliver on the best outcome for the client
- 2-5 years experience in Business Development
- Open to Business Development experience acquired from industries outside of IT / Managed Services
- Hungry and driven to be successful
- Australian drivers license
- Work with a professional and knowledge team
