Permanent full-time position – Monday – Friday – Frankston
The Brotherhood currently has a vacancy for a Program Lead to be successful in the is role you will be a registered nurse who has gained management and leadership experience in an Aged Care setting. In this role with your will develop, implement and coach the clinical team to provide outstanding care for clients with dementia to ensure high-quality person-centred care. This varied role is responsible for the operational and clinical management of the program.
The Banksia Respite Cottage is a 6-bed respite facility providing care to clients with dementia and ageing care needs.
Skills and experience required
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Extensive change management and cultural change within designated workforce
- Extensive experience in Aged Care, caring for clients with dementia and complex care needs
- Experienced in delivering excellent person-centred care in a nurturing environment
- You will be committed to making a difference to the lives of vulnerable people
- Experience in delivering a service that provides a supportive, stimulating environment.
- Excellent communicator who builds rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skill to guide staff to ensure clinical care needs are compliant and best practice
- Sound knowledge of funding, the Aged Care Standards, quality audits and OH&S requirements
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to adapt to varying requirements.

Salary: $85,628.92 - $87,901.32 plus superannuation – NFP salary packaging available
