Our residential therapy team consists of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists who work collaboratively with skilled Therapy Assistants to improve the quality of life of Bethanie’s customers. The Bethanie Wellness Centres provide holistic pain management services in a group setting involving a range of therapeutic techniques. Our pain management services operate out of specially designed rooms, offering a relaxed, familiar environment for customers; and therapists are supported by a designated allied health assistant. The residential therapy team is supported by a full time Therapy Services Manager.

We are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join our Wellness Centre Clinics in the South West Region (Eaton and Bunbury). This is being offered as a full-time opportunity and will require flexibility in your availability to work across both locations from Monday to Sunday as part of an ongoing fortnightly set roster.

The salary range of this role is $85,051 - $95,648 per annum plus superannuation and will be appointed based on experience level.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical pain management physiotherapy service to care recipients
  • Direct and co-ordinate therapy implementation by Therapy assistants and support staff
  • Implement and direct individual recipient’s physiotherapy pain management treatment
  • Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and information systems


  • Willingness to uphold the vision, mission and values of The Bethanie Group
  • Current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration as a Physiotherapist
  • Knowledge and skills assessment and treatment techniques and ability to plan, implement and evaluate pain management programs
  • Previous experience within the Aged Care industry desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both verbal and written form
  • Good computer skills, with confidence to use Microsoft Office packages and clinical information systems
  • Clinical report writing skills
  • Demonstrated caseload management and time management skills
  • Ability to work within a multi-skilled team
  • Must have access to a mobile phone to receive shifts
  • Be able to work across a variety of shifts – flexibility is key!
