About the role

An exciting opportunity awaits a Team Leader in the RAS Team.
This position will assist in conducting assessments and referrals and will be the reference point within the Regional Assessment Service (RAS) for expertise in re-ablement, assessment techniques, and Communication, linking Services identification and requirements, and understanding Clinical needs.

Skills & experience

  • Territory Qualifications in Business, Health Management or related Health discipline.
  • Completion of the relevant My Aged Care & NSAF Systems Training, or willingness to obtain
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including intermediate computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suites and Databases).
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislative frameworks, Standards and government funding requirements and guidelines.
  • Experience in aged care and/or community care related field
  • Current Northern Territory Drivers Licence.
