What You Will Be Doing
We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Practice Improvement Coordinator (CPIC) to provide leadership within the aged mental health service to ensure optimum care is provided to patients/residents/carers of our service and to facilitate clinical quality improvements
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:•Registered Nurse or OT or Social Worker with current registration.
•Post graduate qualification in Mental Health•Demonstrated ability to coordinate a range of activities, set priorities and achieve deadlines in an environment of competing demands.
•Demonstrated working knowledge and understanding of the Victorian Mental Health Act 2014 and Aged Care Act 1997 and relevant Safety and Quality Standards •Sound clinical knowledge, skills and experience in contemporary practice, with a commitment to the principles of continuous quality improvement
•Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and an ability to negotiate, consult and liaise at a high level •Competency in the use of computer technology
