The purpose of the role:

You will be joining a fantastic, friendly and established Service Desk team where you will specialise in providing a range of User Administration activities for Bupa Australia including the onboarding, offboarding and m aintenance of IT user accounts along with responding to general systems administration service requests. This is a busy Service Desk environment so having the ability to quickly respond to users via phone and email & multitask your way through a variety of applications including ServiceNow and Active Directory will be paramount.

Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

  • Management and Provision of all User Administration, including on-boarding and off-boarding of Bupa Employees into active directory and other subsequent Bupa applications and services
  • Adopt and use agreed IT Operational Processes, and ensure they are consistently applied in order to maintain high quality and efficient IT services are delivered across Bupa Australia.
  • Provision of exceptional customer service and communication with key stakeholders
  • Participate in first point of call for business and IT service incidents and requests
  • Ensure process is adhered to with respect to case management, system monitoring and escalations
  • Maintain and improve on key Service Desk performance indicators
  • Participation in quality development
  • Active involvement in team and cultural change within the Service Desk team.

Ideal experience & delivered performance

  • Demonstrated experience working in a Service Desk and/or Contact centre environment, focused on first call resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge across a broad range of technologies, including ServiceNow, AD, MS Exchange & Outlook
  • Familiarity with ITIL based processes
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking ability
