We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic, self-motivated Clinical Nurses with a passion for working with the elderly to work with one of our key clients.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking duties and responsibilities in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, whilst Actively pursuing our clients values, organisational goals and objectives
• Overseeing the person-centred needs of consumers, incorporating their choices, goals and preferences
• Delivering the highest quality of clinical care and holistic support to residents
• Demonstrating a positive leadership style with the team, residents, families and other professionals
• Ensuring timely and accurate clinical documentation

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Nursing
• Current AHPRA registration
• Current CPR / First Aid or equivalent
• Current police check
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Strong abilities in coaching and mentoring junior staff
• Caring, kind and respectful approach promoting a positive team environment
