About the Role
The Financial Administration Consultants at State Trustees provide personal and tailored support to help individuals who, due to disability, illness or injury and are unable to manage their financial and legal affairs and have been appointed by VCAT.
As a member of the New Client Team, you will identify, secure and manage a portfolio of clients' assets, income and entitlements as well as negotiate agreements in respect to client's financial circumstances.
Skills & Experience
- Relevant administration experience
- Ability to prepare commercial standard correspondence, reports and recommendations
- Well-developed professional communication skills (written and spoken)
- Understanding and experience dealing with clients with a disability
- Competent financial literacy
- Understanding in aged care fees structure and assessment criteria
- Basic computer literacy including competent use of Microsoft Office
Business administration experience preferably within the trustee, financial, legal or disability/aged care sectors will help you be successful in this role.
