JOB DESCRIPTION
Redpath are working with great NSW builder who focuses on commercial new build projects. The sectors they cover include Education, Health Care and Age Care.
They have won a project with in the rail sector and need to add someone with similar projects background.
We are looking for a GENERAL FOREMAN with Rail station experience.
- 4+ years as a Structures Foreman on commercial new build projects with a trade qualification in carpentry
- Experience working on projects up to $50m
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Tenure and commitment to previous employees
- Strong industry references to support your experience
- Coordinate, oversee and provide direction to sub-contractors for the main structure of the building
- Ensure the sub-contractors are undertaking works to the highest quality & safety standard.
- Provide the Site Manager with regular site progress updates
- Oversee on site safety requirements
