There is a requirement for an experienced System Administrator to join our team in helping us support both our staff and clients. As a System Administrator you will be reporting directly to the Managing director.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Implementation, administration & troubleshooting of Network and device systems infrastructure including Routers, Switches (Cisco), Firewalls.
  • Develop the network system by using technologies such as application interfaces, databases, Infrastructure Services, WAN and LAN networking including Cloud services, Software-Defined infrastructure, and mobility services. Configuration, integration, and deployment of associated PCs (with Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10 Operating System), software and peripherals.
  • Monitor network traffic and usage for optimal results·
  • Coordinate with various departments and establish effective communication with service providers to provide quality service.
  • Administer and maintain Windows Active Directory for the access of third-party applications in order to avoid any damage to the company’s data and information·
  • Evaluate and prepare survey report to check performance of all networking systems.
  • Design and implement effective management information systems for various data protection systems.
  • Responding to all technical queries and assisting users as well as training new staff

Requirements include:

  • Tertiary qualification in IT
  • At least 2+ years’ relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Sound knowledge in Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, hardware configuration, PC and server maintenance and Network communication technologies.
  • Skilled in problem solving design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure solutions.
  • Skilled in business system administration and user support for a complex information system
  • Skilled in the usage of Microsoft Office and Cisco products.
  • Ability to multitask as well as prioritise your work efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $54,000.00 per year
