Pivotal and second in charge leadership role, reporting to the Village Manager, your real edge comes from your ability to lead clinical excellence and influence the workplace culture, coach and work collaboratively with a large clinical and care team.
The essential qualities we seek are that you possess a natural compassion with belief in continuous learning and expertise in developing teams to lead relationship centered care and service outcomes for residents and their families.
Well developed clinical leadership practice in a health, aged care or regulatory environment, with more than 5 years experience, will be highly regarded. Must be a Registered Nurse.
The successful applicant will need to meet the requirements of a Criminal History Check as per the Aged Care Act 1997.
