What You Will Be Doing

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Nurse Unit Manager to lead our dynamic and collaborative team in our Aged Persons Mental Health Residential Care Service.

In this 28 bed unit, the Nurse Unit Manager is responsible for providing leadership and management to the team, ensuring staff deliver safe, evidence based person centered care for our residents. You will be responsible for the overall operational and clinical management including budgets, targets and key performance indicators.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Experience in a leadership or management role
• Experience in a mental health or aged care setting
• Advanced leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead in complex environments
