Community Care Worker - Sydney Upper North Shore, NSW

Would you like to work to support elderly clients to remain living at home? Multiple opportunities for qualified, passionate & enthusiastic Care Workers across the North Shorearea including Pymble, Gordon, Turramurra, Hornsby, St Ives & Belrose. 
 
Duties:

• Personal Care 
• Domestic Support
• Meal Preparation
• Transport Assistance
• Respite & Social Support 

Offering regular and local ongoing services to suit your availability, ranging from morning & evening personal care services and respite during the day.
 
Essential Requirements:

• Cert III in Aged Care or Community Services (essential)
• Aged Care experience (essential)
• Minimum and regular ongoing availability of 10 hours per week (essential)
• Reliable car and smartphone (essential)
• Police Check (essential)
• Dementia trained (desirable)
