Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) is seeking a dynamic Dietitian to join our team at Concord Repatriation General Hospital.

Do you have a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent and eligible for membership with the Dietitians Association of Australia?

Do you have a postgraduate nutrition and dietetic experience, including demonstrated nutrition experience in aged care and community settings?

This position will provide effective and efficient community dietetics assessments and interventions to the clients of the Home Based Therapy (HBT) service, across three sites within SLHD. Ensuring provision of optimal health outcomes for frail aged clients of the service.

To be considered for this role you must have…

• Current unrestricted NSW Drivers licence (P2 acceptable).
