The Role

Clinical Care Team Leader
Lead and manage the clinical and allied health services under the direction and support of the Clinical Manager
perform in accordance with legislation and practice within a professional and ethical framework and ensure that the resident care outcomes are met.


The Ideal Candidate

• You are a registered nurse with extensive nursing experience, and/or have clinical management experience within an aged care setting.
• A thorough professional, you pride yourself on your organizational, communication (both written and verbal) and problem solving skills.
• A robust approach to managing your time effectively and ability to work within deadlines, experience in dementia management is desirable.
• You’ll have strong IT skills including previous experience using a care management system (Autumn Care would be advantageous).
• Capability and experience in leading a team and a hands on approach to your role with a focus on customer service and leadership.
