The Role:

• You will be in-charge of leading the whole team at the facility, the go-to person that everyone will need.
• Main responsibilities will be to overall manage the clinical care, ACFI, quality, education and care teams/plans.
• Finance, Budgeting, HR and Rosters
• With all your skills and knowledge, utilise this to educate and develop the team
• Maintaining a high standard of care delivery and services to residents at all times
• Managing occupancy and ensuring this is maximised at a consistent level
• Managing the home to ensure it is operating efficiently and within agreed budget

What a facility manager will need to be successful:

• Current Registered Nurse Qualification and AHPRA Registration
• A strong background working within a residential aged care facility
• Good understanding of ACFI, accreditation and the current aged care legislation.
• Previous experience in a management role in a large aged care facility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: written and verbal
