In this Senior HSW role, you'll be responsible for providing support across all aspects of CHL HSW strategy, policy, and practice.

Reporting to the HSW Manager and partnering with key stakeholders across the organisation, your diverse and rewarding range of responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with CHL Leadership to support a strong safety-first culture and providing HSW consulting advice and services across the full range of HSW areas.
• Assisting in the generation, analysis and reporting for all CHL HSW performance metrics.
• Leading operational safety risk assessments, audits & investigations and ensuring that appropriate controls and remedies are in place.
• Developing and maintaining strong work relationships with business leaders, and more.

As our preferred candidate, you will hold a Diploma of HSW at minimum with significant experience as a safety professional in a mid to large sized organisation within the human services/health care or aged care industry sectors. You will bring strength in data management and assisting leaders in an operational safety environment. Your strong strategic mindset, outstanding stakeholder management skills and collaborative approach to getting things done will also be highly regarded as will your willingness to challenge the status quo in a respectful manner to influence positive safety outcomes.
