JOB DESCRIPTION
Join an expanding team of Allied Health Professionals in a mobile function and provide your professional services to some of Australia's largest Aged Care and Disability Service Providers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Create programs and approaches in line with evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning
- Work across a diverse range of environments from home visits to residential aged care facilities
- Assessment, treatment and educating as a key stakeholder within the allied health team
- Communicate with care coordinators, facility managers and other key stakeholders to provide the best outcomes to clients
- Qualified as a Speech Pathologist with current SPA registration
- You have high professional standards to all aspects of your responsibilities as a Speech Pathologist
- You can demonstrate initiative and abilities to build and maintain good client relationships
- Prior exposure and knowledge of NDIS plans favourable
- Above industry award remuneration
- As this is a mobile role you will be reimbursed for all employment related travel
- Access to resources and internal mentor programs to contribute to your ongoing professional development
