We are currently seeking a Recruitment Team Lead to provide a professional and dedicated internal recruitment service which ensures the organisation has the workforce capacity and capability to meet both existing and projected service demands and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing workforce plans
- Working with the marketing department to develop employer branding
- Developing recruitment strategies and campaigns
- Developing and managing recruitment processes and systems
- Managing and mentoring the recruitment team to ensure outstanding performance
- End to end recruitment
- Liaising with job network providers and training organisations to generate new applications.
You will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- At least five years’ recruitment experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in leading a recruitment function and team
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, set priorities, and meet deadlines and KPIs
