Programmed Care are needing Permanent Support Workers to support and empower our clients in the far south area. Our client locations span from Murray Bridge to Encounter Bay to Normanville and surrounds.

Shifts will be supporting a variety of community clients, across 7 days, both AM and PM. An advanced roster will be provided, with guaranteed hours.

What we need from you:

• Be dedicated to help those who need it the most

• Are ready for a challenge!

Role requirements:

• Minimum 6 months recent Healthcare experience in Australia or reciprocal country
• Cert III or IV in Disability, Community, Aged Care Support or Individual Support
• Australian Police check (completed within the last 12 months or willing to obtain)
• First Aid (completed within the last 3 years)
• DCSI Disability clearance - Mandatory
• Australian Drivers licence and active car insurance
