We provide personal and aged care, disability services and accommodation, general practice medicine, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry, speech pathology, and dietetic services.

The Opportunity

Working with the Rehabilitation Accommodation and Care team, you will be proving high quality, standard-needs disability support. Each day may be different, but your core responsibilities will likely include:

· Providing aid and support with hygiene and personal care

· Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment which may include transportation of your client

· Facilitation of community and social based activities e.g. swimming

About You

To do well in this role, you will have

· Minimum Cert III in Disability Support/Aged Care or Equivalent

· National Police Check & WWCC

· Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate

· Drivers license and reliable access to vehicle

Experience driving a modified vehicle would be useful.
