Aged Care facility located on the Gold Coast is looking for experienced Clinical Manager to join their team.

A large Aged Care facility on the Gold Coast is in search of a Clinical Manager with exemplary clinical skills and a strong background in aged care.

Work alongside a committed executive team with this rewarding job role and provide a better quality of life for the residents of the home with the facilities mission and values.

Providing a range of care types including, high care, low care and dementia care, you must be knowledgeable and experienced in working in similar settings.

• Strong Clinical Skills
• Excellent Team Management Skills
• Current AHPRA Registration
• Previous experience in a Clinical Management Role
• Solid understanding of the new Aged Care standards
• Previous Accreditation experience
• Exceptional time management, directional and communication skills
