The opportunity:
- Part time role – work two days a week across two medium sized residential aged care facilities (one day at each)
- Complete audits, conduct trend analysis and identify areas for improvement
- Work collaboratively with the Clinical Nurse Managers and Facility Manager to achieve outstanding resident centred outcomes
- Support both facility’s preparedness for any spot visits by ensuring documentation is constantly in line with requirements
- Ensure quality management activities and systems operate according to internal policies and procedures
- Use your interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate staff, cultivating a culture of ongoing continuous improvement

About you:
- Must have registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse, Registered Nurse or Allied Health professional
- Experience within residential aged care and knowledge of the aged care legislation and the standards required to achieve accreditation
- Clinical understanding is essential
- Analytically minded with strong attention to detail; able to collate and interpret data, identifying areas for improvement
- Flexible and solution oriented; committed to delivery exceptional resident care and customer service
