Description:
This is an exciting role for a Bid Coordinator to join our supportive Marketing and Sales team – use your strong administration and organisational skills to achieve accurate and effective tender content.

Reporting to the Proposal Manager, you will:

  • Coordinate and support the tender preparation process from inception through to delivery in conjunction with the tender, operations and support team members
  • Coordinate, write and produce high quality, professional bids that meet all client and Company operational service delivery criteria
  • Coordinate and review / edit the proposal input from a variety of stakeholders to ensure accurate and persuasive tender content
  • Actively participate as a member of the Marketing and Sales team to contribute ideas and value-adds to customise proposal documentation
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure collation of, and writing of new, appropriate content
  • Update the central document library
  • Provide comprehensive research and analysis on client requirements during the tender process
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Demonstrated proofreading / editing skills, with great attention to detail and grammar
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills with all internal stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
  • The ability to collaborate and be process orientated to ensure tender compliance
  • Ability to work flexibly, under pressure and to multiple tight deadlines
  • Excellent level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Powerpoint
  • Strong client service ethos and a proactive can-do attitude
  • A strong team orientation as well as the ability to work autonomously
