- Employment Status - Part-time, Fixed-term until June 2022
- Days & Hours of Work - between Monday and Friday, 22.8hrs per week
- Band Level 6 - $89,358 pro-rata (+ 9.5% super)
- Location - Currently work from home

Our Opportunity
The Wellness and Reablement Project Officer position is funded by the Department of Health, Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). This position will plan and deliver evidence-based projects and resource materials that support CHSP funded agencies in the Southern Metropolitan Region to embed the wellness and reablement approach into practice, as a broad sustainable change management strategy.

To Be Successful In This Role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with service providers and other stakeholders.
- Excellent teamwork and ability to quickly build and maintain relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualification in project management, community development or a related field desirable.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in community development work.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Victorian community based aged care services and the National Wellness and Reablement principles and practice.
