Regis Kuluin takes in stunning views of the mountains and hinterland. The surroundings are continued in Kuluin’s multiple garden outdoor living spaces. Located on the Sunshine Coast, Regis Kuluin is a 10-minute drive from Maroochydore and has a range of Additional Services.

Regis Kuluin offers 120 places, and all rooms have en suites and contemporary furnishings and finishes, with some offering external balcony or patio access.

About The Role

As a Lifestyle Assistant, you have a vital role to play in delivering the lifestyle programs and ensuring that all residents are able to participate. We are looking for someone that is passionate about assisting our residents with their daily needs, has great creativity and strives to ensure our residents have personalised lifestyle activities that suit their interests.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Liaise with residents and their families
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation reflecting any changes to residents status
  • Actively participate in the delivery of activity programs
  • Assist in carrying out lifestyle assessments of residents


Skills & Experience
  • Outstanding computer literacy
  • Experience using a computerised Care Management System (desirable)
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
  • Demonstrated understanding and knowledge regarding the ACFI framework (desirable)


Mandatory Requirements For All Candidates
  • Valid National Police Check (Full disclosure or standard disclosure)
  • Proof of the right to work lawfully in Australia
  • Evidence that you have had the 2020 Flu Vaccination or willingness to complete this before employment can be offered (VIC & QLD currently exempt)*
  • Subject to change, as per the relevant State and Territory Public Health Orders.
