JOB DESCRIPTION

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Located in Richmond, you will report into the Executive Director People, Learning and Culture and manage the various industrial matters across the organisation, including Enterprise Agreement negotiations and implementations, award/agreement interpretation, unfair dismissal/general protections applications and industrial disputes. You will also partner with and advise the HR Business Partner teams, providing guidance and support on complex IR/ER matters and investigations, and often taking the lead in management and resolution.

ABOUT YOU:

You will be an experienced IR/ER professional with very strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills. You will be outcome driven with the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. You will have a relevant qualification and a demonstrated robust understanding of the Australian industrial and employment landscape including the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards and Awards with a passion for providing high quality and best practice support.
