Echuca Regional Health is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated grade one physiotherapist to work within our Physiotherapy team. This job is perfect for an experienced grade one looking to consolidate key skills required as a practicing clinician.

The successful applicant will join a supportive and passionate physiotherapy team with a strong commitment to life-long learning and patient centred care.

This position is supported by mentoring from senior staff with a wide breadth of experience in many clinical areas, includes regular in-services and many opportunities for professional development.

Areas of work include:

• Inpatient wards including orthopaedic and general surgery, maternity, paediatrics, general medicine and high dependency unit
• Inpatient rehabilitation and transition care program
• Community Rehabilitation Centre
• Community outpatients
• Women’s health and Antenatal education
• Paediatrics
• Emergency department and short stay unit
• Aged Care

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a clinical load appropriate to level of experience
• Contributing to the day to day operation / functioning of the Physiotherapy department including participation in the weekend and public holiday roster
• Demonstrating evidence based physiotherapy practice and contributing to a culture of evidence based practice within the departmentOur team requires someone who has:
• Qualifications in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA
• Proven experience as an effective team member
• Commitment to evidence based practice

This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check, Working with Childrens check and Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme Check prior to appointment.

Salary: Allied Health Professionals Enterprise Agreement (2016-2020)

Physiotherapist Grade 1 (Year 3 – Year 7, VA4-AF13)

Salary Range – $66,851.20 - $81,286.40 plus super
