ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are currently seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to work in our Regional Office located in Ballarat.
Working closely with a team of Care Advisors, referral agencies and service providers, Service Coordinators are responsible for providing excellent customer service and are often the first point of call for our clients and external stakeholders.
Service Coordinators are also responsible for coordinating the rostering and support of a team of Home Care Workers to ensure the right employee is rostered to provide the right service, to the right client, at the right time.
ABOUT YOU:
If you are passionate about supporting people in your local community, you have excellent customer service and communication skills and you enjoy working in an environment where the changing needs of our clients are a priority, then we want to hear from you!
Experience with rostering systems would be advantageous, but not essential.
