About the role

We are seeking applications from across Australia for a dynamic people leader who is a Qualified Nurse or Allied Health professional who is experienced in team management, is agile, able to think outside of the box and to inspire and lead our Community HCP Team and daily operations in Alice Springs. Located in the heart of Northern Territory our HCP Team operates across the NT with a team in Darwin and Alice Springs. This is a key position of our management team and you will be to joining our team post a workforce optimisation project. With the full support from the Regional Office team in Darwin, the ideal candidate will be an inspirational leader who is caring and who brings your heart and soul to everything you do, ensuring Consumer Choice is front of mind and understanding that you will interact in a meaningful way to those living within Communities we serve across the NT in a Homecare environment.

Skills & experience

Team Leadership including managing performance, development and inspiring teams
Managing a multidiscipline team of Nurses, Carers, Case Managers & Administration Teams
Demonstrated effective interpersonal and written communication skills at all levels
Previous experience working in a remote location will be highly regarded
Ability to manage and work within a culturally diverse team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
