About the role
At Mercy Health, we share a common bond: to provide compassionate and responsive care to people in need. Located in the Richmond Support Services office (with travel required), we are seeking a dynamic, independent Manager who will be responsible for;
- Developing the OVA framework, based on current best practice within a clinical environment
- Developing and ensuring implementation of prevention and intervention programs
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and in accordance with Mercy Health programs, policies and procedures
- Assisting in staff post-incident support programs
- Working closely with stakeholders to ensure a high standard of service delivery
About you
With proven experience in the development and implementation of occupational violence and aggression prevention and intervention programs, you will also be able to demonstrate the following;
- Current AHPRA registration (RN Div 1)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or extensive experience in the development and delivery of training programs
- Clinical experience within the Mental Health sector
- Experience providing post-incident support and referral
To be the successful candidate you must meet the position requirements as well as provide a current Police Record Check.
