JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities will include:
Provide proactive advice and support to managers in our head office and in our operational services across Queensland, on human resource policies and procedures, recruitment, compliance, and payroll processing. You will provide assistance in fortnightly payroll administration, end of month reconciliation and Centrelink/ department of housing employee information as required.
About you:
You will have at least 3 years HR experience, including demonstrated experience in HR analysis and use of HRIS (preferably Kronos and TechnologyOne). You will have an appetite to learn and grow in the role, with a succession plan to HR Business Partner.
