Due to some internal movement, Life Care are seeking applications from suitably qualified Registered Nurses with comparable experience working in an community care environment. Ideally, the applicant will be able to demonstrate experience delivering person-centred care and have the ability to engage with a range of clients from varying backgrounds and diversities. You will be required to work autonomously but also demonstrate you ability to work as part of the broader Life Care at Home team. 

Reporting to the Clinical Team Leader, the position will be offered on a Permanent Part-Time basis and will be required to travel across the Adelaide metropolitan region in order to provide community care to the Life Care at Home client base.

Key requirements of the role:

  • Provision of clinical input and care, including the assessment, development and review of care plans for clients within community care. 
  • Demonstrated ability to individualise care needs and engagement style to suit the needs of a diverse client base. 
  • Ability to supervise, guide and delegate tasks across teams to ensure customer-focused outcomes can be achieved. 
  • Provision of training, education and supervision of Enrolled Nurses and Support Workers across the Life Care at Home network.
  • Lead the introduction and implementation of appropriate clinical programs across the relevant Life Care at Home team.
  • High-level administrative and coordination functions, with demonstrated competency across relevant internal computing systems.
