About the role:
You will be responsible for leading a team of Companions in the delivery of customer directed care. You will providing hands on delivery, guidance and mentoring in customer service, personal care and medication as well as coordinating creative person centred leisure and lifestyle activities.

In this position you will be working a combination of shifts based on the roster.

What you’ll need (essential criteria):
Certificate IV in Aged Care with Medication Module “HLTHPS007 - Administer and Monitor Medications” (or employer deemed equivalent)
Demonstrated aptitude to supervise, develop and mentor staff
Proven experience in delivering high levels of exceptional customer service and lifestyle outcomes
Demonstrated empathy with and commitment to the care of older people
Ability to connect with and help others
Proven ability to solve problems and find the ‘yes’
Proficiency in using technology, devices and software
Well developed interpersonal and written communication skills
