The Position
We are seeking a Process and Procedure Analyst to join our team on a 3-month contract starting immediately. Based at our fantastic office in the brand-new Morris Moor complex in Moorabbin, this role will focus on documenting our current processes and procedures and developing a library of resources to support our team.
Key duties:
- Develop catalogue of operational procedures and processes
- Create library of supporting process maps, user procedures and supporting user guide materials
- Partner with process owners to ensure accuracy
Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for someone with a high degree of initiative and drive, that takes ownership of their work and demonstrates a "can do" attitude. You must have:
- Experience in using process mapping software
- Experience developing user friendly procedural documentation, guides and training materials
- Experience working with back-office Operations processes and teams
- Proven analytical and strong communication skills
- Healthcare experience is advantageous
