Sequel's mission as a provider of aged care services is to assist consumers to maintain their optimum level of independence at home in the context of their lifestyle. We believe that some declining abilities should not necessarily mean an immediate transition to residential aged care. With the appropriate assistance from our passionate and caring Support Workers, we aim to make home the best place to be so our clients can continue living their life, their way.

The Role

Northern, North East and North West Melbourne Suburbs

Due to ongoing growth, we have several opportunities for Personal Care Workers (male and female) to help us deliver assistance with meals, transport, personal care, respite care and companionship to our valuable clients in Melbourne's northern suburbs.

We work to individual care plans and offer you flexibility in shifts to fit around your lifestyle.

We offer ongoing training and development, a supportive environment and Award wages with full superannuation entitlements. But most importantly, we offer you the chance to build long term, ongoing relationships and really make a difference in someone's life .

About You

You have a Certificate 3 in Aged Care or Individual Suport, Home and Community. You must already have (or be eligible to get), a Victorian Police Check.

Ideally you have your own car, however we invite applications from suitably qualified candidates who don't as yet. You will need your own mobile phone to be successful in this position.
