Facility Manager/Director of Nursing - Aged Care Manager - South Brisbane

Located between the beautiful beaches of the Gold Coast and the hustle and bustle of Brisbane, we are looking for a Senior Facility Manager/DON to manage the operations of this large high/low care facility. To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Current APHRA Registration - Div 1 Registered Nurse - highly regarded
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ACFI.
• Previous Facility Manager experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement.
• Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change
• An ability to earn the respect of your peers
• A firm yet empathetic attitude towards staff & residents
